The available 40 acres is comprised of parcel #s 1049-C-HV, 1049-K-HV and water rights (1 full acre share).
There is an existing well with pumphouse that produces excellent water.
There is also a National Park style his/hers restroom and shower facility with septic system on the property.
While there is no power to the property (yet) there are functioning hard wired phone lines and jacks in place.
Through a $2000/acre federal grant, the current owner is working with the Utah Dept. of Natural Resources and the U.S. Dept. of Forestry to clear the land of bark beetle damaged trees and deadfall. The property is being selectively cleared by professional environmental engineers during the summer of 2024.
